Seminal discharge because of bowel movement

Question

Assalaam alaykum. I asked a question and was given an answer which was written for someone else's question. I was not satisfied, as the question asked by the other person is totally different from what I asked! The matter remains unclear to me, and I am not satisfied. Please, I ask that I be given an answer that is clear, without misunderstandings. My situation is a specific one, and I feel that I deserve a clear answer from someone, not just a referral to another answer. Please, read my question again and answer. Typing "2659442" in the search box reveals my question. The answer given is unclear because first it says "It is narrated in a Prophetic hadith that Ghusl (ritual shower) is only obligatory if one discharges (sperm) with an orgasm." Ok, so this indicates that the discharge of sperm as a result of orgasm is the ONLY way in which Ghusl is required. But then the answer continues with "However, if sperm discharge happens unwillingly and without pleasure, then one does not have to perform Ghusl." Unwillingly AND without pleasure? In my case, it is NOT an orgasm, because it is due to having a bowel movement, but what if pleasure IS felt when this happens? Is Ghusl required then? I sometimes experience pleasure when this happens. And it does look like semen, because it is thick and white. The more I press during the bowel movement, the more comes out. You can understand how one can be confused. Is my case an illness? Please try your best to answer EVERY part of this question in combination with the original question I sent. It is very important to me.

Answer

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and Messenger.

If this semen is discharged due to the reason you mentioned, namely your health condition (bowel movement), then it is not incumbent on you to perform Ghusl according to the opinion of the majority of scholars. You should not pay attention to the Waswaas (obsessive whispers) that occurs to you – that this discharge might have come out with (sexual) pleasure – as long as the basic principle is that it is discharged because of your health condition. You should only perform Istinjaa' (cleaning oneself with water after answering the call of nature) after discharging it and perform ablution for the prayer.

Allah knows best.
