Question
Assalaamu alaykum wa rahmatullaahi wa barakaatuhu, Shaykh. Can I use Zamzam water to wash my body with it inside a toilet? i am afflicted with magic and jinn possession, so I want to wash myself with zamzam water, but I do not know if it is right or not to do so inside a toilet as the water will then enter the drainage. If not, or if it is better to do so outside a toilet, then where should I keep the used Zamzam water after the washing? May Allaah reward you, Shaykh.
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and Messenger.
It is better for you to drink Zamzam water, and this is the Sunnah (the practice of the Prophet 
) in this regard. You should drink it and supplicate Allah, The Exalted, to bless you with recovery. It is also permissible to wash your body with it if you wish. Shaykh Ibn Baaz 
said:
“There are authentic ahaadeeth which indicate that Zamzam water is honorable and blessed. It was authentically reported that the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, said about Zamzam, 'It is blessed and in it is food for nourishment.’ [Muslim] The narration of Abu Daawood has the following addition: ‘...and a healing for illness.’ This authentic hadeeth affirms the virtue of Zamzam water and that In it is food for nourishment and healing for illness, and that it is blessed. The Sunnah is to drink it, just as the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, drank from it. It is permissible to perform ablution and Istinjaa' (cleaning the private parts after urination or defecation) with it, and also to perform Ghusl (ritual shower) from Janaabah (state of major ritual impurity) with it if the need arises.”
As for washing inside a toilet, scholars emphasized respecting Zamzam water and not pouring it into the drains. You can avoid this by washing in a tub and then pouring the water in the garden of the house or in any clean place. For more benefit, please refer to fatwa 349957.
