Question
Is it true that when Allaah is happy, He gives people four things: rain, a female child, a guest, and sickness?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
We have not come across any specific evidence that if the four matters happen to a person altogether, it means that Allah is pleased with that person.
It should be noted that attaining the pleasure of Allah is the ultimate goal sought by the believers, and it is the objective for which the competitors compete and the doers of good act for.
Allah says (what means): {...But the greatest bliss is the Good Pleasure of Allah. That is the supreme success.} [Quran 9:72]
Ibn Al-Qayyim 
said in Madaarij as-Saalikeen, "The good Pleasure of Allah is the greatest door to Allah, the Paradise of this world, the peace of the knowledgeable people, the life of the lovers, the bliss of the worshipers, and the comfort to the eyes for those who are eager [to enter Paradise].”
The Good Pleasure of Allah with His Slaves is achieved by faith and sincerity in performing righteous deeds; Allah says (what means): {Indeed, they who have believed and done righteous deeds — those are the best of creatures. Their reward with Allah will be gardens of perpetual residence beneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide forever, Allah being pleased with them and they with Him.} [Quran 98:7-8]
