Question
Is it true that every person has a companion from the Jinn or devils? Do they have any connection with miscarriage?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
It has been proven by the Quran and the Sunnah that every individual has a companion from among the devils.
This companion may harm a person or cause miscarriage, but only with the permission and predestination of Allaah The Almighty. Such harm only afflicts those who are far from Allaah The Almighty and do not protect themselves by the Athkaar (remembrances and mentionings) mentioned in the Sharee’ah.
