All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
The scholars differ as to whether the Jinn whisper to the Jinn or not. Some of them said that and interpreted the Saying of Allah (which means): {Who whispers [evil] into the breasts of mankind - From among the jinn and mankind.} [Quran 114:5-6], that it means that those who have whispers in their breasts are of two types: the Jinn and mankind. This indicates that Satan whispers to the jinn just as he whispers to humans. The second view, which is the view chosen by Ibn al-Qayyim, is that those who whisper (i.e. the doers) are both the Jinn and mankind, and those who are whispered to are only human beings.
According to the view that Satan whispers to the Jinn, then the method of this is something the knowledge of which is hidden from us, and there is no way for us to know it. Therefore, we have to abide by what Allah commanded us and not say what we have no knowledge of.
Allah knows best.
