Wants to sue a travel agency for the death of his son
One of our Muslim brothers traveled with his family (wife and younger son) in a hired vehicle with driver from a travel agency of Hindu owner. They met with an accident and the younger son died on the spot. Driver escaped without any injury. The Muslim brother and his wife got minor injuries only.

Taqleed is not prohibited totally
As a revert to Islam I have been trying hard to ensure that I follow only the authentic Sunnah of Rasulallah, sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam, and to leave off any practice that I have over the past years adopted which I have found to have been based on fabricated Hadeeth or innovations. Needs clarification regarding flogging and stoning
The Prophet, sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam, ordered some people to be stoned having confessed to committing Zina, and the Ayah in Surah An-Nur confirms flogging. Requesting Hadith regarding stoning
I read a Hadith attributed to Caliph Umar bin Kathaab saying that there was an Ayah of the Qur'an where Allaah Commanded 'Rajma' i.e. stoning. He said that they all read and memorized the verse. Ruling about a woman claiming that she was raped
In your reply to the question about the punishment for rape, you said that "As regards raping a woman it does not necessitate punishment on the man except if he admits it himself or is proven with four witnesses. Witnesses needed to validate a woman's claim to being raped
Concerning if a woman is raped, since four witnesses are required to validate that she is not lying well, give me a break. If the woman can't produce four witnesses to say she was raped, then she has no hope in the world of getting justice. .. More

Responsibility for blood-money for killing
My question is, somebody wanted to kill a person, when he fired the gun he missed and killed a by passer. A third unknown person then killed the murderer. Who is suppose to bay the blood-money of the by passer? If it is his family can anybody else contribute to pay it?.. More
