I have received fix amount on saved money every month from bank regularly and
My amount remain same.
My question is that received money of that saved amount is HILAL or HARAM?
Can i perform hujj or umra from that received amount?

Answer:

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) is His slave and Messenger.

We are not aware of the mentioned bank and its transactions, and we are not concerned with ruling on the transactions of a particular bank. However, we say in general that if the bank guarantees the capital and gives every month a certain amount that is not related to the profit, then this is a prohibited usurious transaction, and it is not permissible to enter into it.

These usurious interests paid every month by the bank are prohibited, and whoever performs Hajj or ‘Umrah with such money, then there is a difference of opinion among the scholars about the validity of his Hajj or ‘Umrah, but we believe that the preponderant opinion is that his Hajj or ‘Umrah is valid but he is sinful.
