Question:

Please guide me regarding the business of resturants in non -Muslims area.(a) Are we allowed to serve HARAM things to non -Muslim.(b) If they bring HARAM drink with them, can we give them glass if they demand it?

Answer:

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.
1. It is forbidden to offer prohibited things to Muslims and non-Muslims alike regardless of the nature of that thing; drink, food or others and regardless of them demanding that thing or not.
2. Similarly, it is forbidden to provide any kind of help to anybody in doing what Allah has prohibited. Allah Says (interpretation of meaning): {Help you one another in AlBirr and AtTaqwa (virtue, righteousness and piety); but do not help one another in sin and transgression. And fear Allâh. Verily, Allâh is Severe in punishment.}[5:2].
Allah knows best.
