Question:

Last year I made up all non fasted days but I m not satisafied with the way I did; now I want to fast them again but I do not have the ability, and now 1 year has passed :the last Ramadan , could I do another thing rather than fasting in order to make up regain the non fasted days?

Answer:

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.

If your being not satisfied about the way you made up those days is due to your committing something that nullifies fasting such as: eating or drinking deliberately or if it is because you did not fulfill one of the conditions of valid fasting such as having the intention to fast at the night that precedes of the day you fasted, then you should fast these days again and fulfill your duties towards Allah in the way He prescribed.
But if you are unable to fast before the coming Ramadan because of a legal reason, then there is no harm that you postpone fasting them until the time you become able to make them up.
However, if you neglect making them up before the coming Ramadan then you have to make these days up and in addition give Kaffara, i. e. feeding a needy for everyday you missed to fast.
On the other hand, if your dissatisfaction is due to your neglecting some likable act or committing some dislikable ones or even forbidden ones but that do not affect the validity of fasting then you are not asked to fast those days again. But we advise you to multiply voluntary fasting and repent to Allah.
Allah knows best.
