Question:

i think i committed kufr and repented from it how do i move on it from it psychologically pliz advice i feel like i dont deserve to live in this world

Answer:

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) is His slave and Messenger.

Your belief that you have committed an act of Kufr appears to be due to whispers, and there is no basis for it. Even if that is the case, there is absolutely no need for you to feel the way you do.

Even If we presume that you have committed an act of Kufr, then repentance wipes out the previous sins, and whoever repents from a sin, it is as if he has not sinned.

No matter how great the sin is, the pardon of Allah is greater, and His Mercy encompasses everything.

Therefore, do not despair of the Mercy of Allah and engage in worshipping Him again as if you have not committed any sin. Your repentance will wipe out the effect of your sin.

Shaykh Ibn Taymiyyah may Allaah have mercy upon him said:

In sum, our view it that the person who repents is neither punished in this world nor in the Hereafter; no penalty should be applied to him (by the authorities) nor will Allah punish him (in this life or the Hereafter).

Therefore, we advise you to continue your life without paying any attention to the whispers of the devil who wants to obstruct you from worship, and to strive in the obedience of Allah.

You should know for certain that the sin from which you have repented will not harm you.

Allah knows best.
