Question
Who are Al-Ahbaash? Is it a deviant sect?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, the Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His Slave and Messenger.
There is no doubt that Al-Ahbaash is a deviant sect which commits grave innovations in religion and has deviated tremendously with regard to their thoughts.
It is impermissible to allow those who follow them to address the public, and spread their sick, deviant thoughts through the press, speeches, forums or any other media. This would be considered a call for aberrance and cooperation in committing sin and aggression. Every Muslim who wishes to guard his religion should beware of them. This is necessary in order to protect the common people who do not know their reality and who might be fooled by their call.
