Question
Assalamualaikum. A woman after childbearing had done breast implant to please her husband only when she had less hidayah.her husb. is extremely happy with her for this.now she has more hidaya n taqwa so she feels guilty.and is thinking of undoing that surgery and separating from her husb as she will be of no use to him.what advice should I give her.?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
We have previously clarified the ruling on breast implants in Fatwa 88193. Moreover, in Fatwa 87848, we clarified the ruling on plastic surgery in general. Therefore, if the breast surgery that this woman did was forbidden, then she is only required to sincerely repent and she is not obliged to return her breasts to their state before surgery. And she has to keep good company with her husband and to live with him in kindness.
