Accepted Answer

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.

It is permissible – Allaah willing – to use this device if it does not cause any harm. This is permissible because it is a kind of treatment.

This is not changing Allaah's creation as is the case in (the impermissible kind of) plastic surgery, which we have elaborated upon in Fataawa 87848 and 84384.
