I had a cousin who drinked water in this last Ramadhan because her children drove her mad and she had seriously problems and she couldn't speak she choked so she was have to drink , but she continued her fast after drinking , and now she wondeing what she should do?! Jazakm Allah khayr

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and Messenger.

The woman in question has to fast one day to make up for that day on which she drank water deliberately, whether she had a valid excuse or not. If she was choking and had to drink water, then she bears no sin for it.
