Most Sufi schools practice religious innovations and exaggerations

Question

What is the Sufi school called the Butsheeshiyyah?

Answer

All perfect praise be to Allaah, the Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His Slave and Messenger.

We know nothing about this school. However, all such schools are judged based on whether or not they adhere to the Quran and Sunnah. However, most Sufi schools involve practicing Bid‘ahs (religious innovations). Some Bid‘ahs result in disbelief, e.g. when Du‘aa’ (supplication) is made to anything other than Allaah the Almighty, and asked to bring about benefit or prevent harm. Some Bid‘ahs also result in disobedience. Muslims should avoid Bid‘ahs.

Allaah Knows best.
