I have read ruqyah sought refugee and recited zikir and made allot of day but I honestly can’t overcome this issue. Subhanallah I make an effort to pray the 5 day prayers and have tried to be a better Muslim overall and I don't know how I overcome this problem. approximately the problem started 1 year ago This month and I'm very lost and depressed. I make taubah Subhanallah ever day numerous times a day and still commit these mistakes. I don't want to commit this sin and made multiple attempts avoid this sin but even with the attempt made I still. make this mistake. May Allah make comfort and help come through your reply, Ameen.

Answer

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) is His slave and Messenger.

Simply performing these acts does not entail sin or disbelief and it seems that you are very overcome by whispers.

These whispers are one of the plots of the devil for the human being in order to spoil his life and cause him grief and sorrow.

The fact that you fear to commit sin and disbelief shows that you are upon a lot of good. However, you must earnestly supplicate Allah to cure you from these whispers. You strive to repel these satanic thoughts and seek refuge in Allah whenever they come to your mind.

You should be keen on performing Ruqyah, and you will be cured Allah willing.

Allah knows best.
