Question

Dear Sir, My two uncles have no child and they want to give me their agriculture land (only two acres) , so is it possible to gift land from Uncle to his nephew when his wife is also alive.

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.

There is no harm for an uncle to gift his nephew. The fact that his wife (the uncle’s) is still alive is not an impediment that prevents the permissibility or validity of a gift to a nephew.
