Question
Assalamualikum, would it be lying if i said i have read and accepted the terms and services when i haven't
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
Lying, as mentioned by the scholars, is to tell about something other than what it is [in reality].
Lying is dispraised and reprehensible unless there is a necessity or a dire need.
Whoever says that he read something, and he did not read it, has lied.
Allah Knows best.
