Question
I was sleeping at night when in the middle of the night I woke up a little and felt as if I was going to have an orgasm. I was sleeping on my left side and wanted to touch my back with my husband’s back to enjoy the orgasm. However o knew that most nights my 3 year old daughter like to come to our bed and sleep in the middle but I was to sleepy to turn my neck and check so I just told my self that it’s my husband and I touched/rub my back with his in loving way and had orgasm but when I woke up in the morning I saw it was my daughter and now I am very scared. Is my nikah with my husband is still halal? Please tell me as quickly as you can jazak Allah.
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
We hope that you take the matter easily and ward off your anxiety regarding it, because what happened has no effect on the validity of the marriage, and there is no sin in it. So consider it as if nothing has happened, and devote your aspiration to what will benefit you in your religion and your life.
