Question
Who Conquered Al-Aqsa Mosque From Jews And When?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
No doubt Islam will overcome all religions before the Last Hour as it had overcome them in its beginning. Islam had overcome in its beginning all religions and it also had overcome the two well-known superpowers i.e. The state of Caesar and Persia; some of them accepted Islam or agreed to pay the Jizyah to Muslims with willing submission and feeling themselves subdued.
In the past Islam spread to the whole world and it will be spread again in the whole world in the last days also. This is proved by sound Ahadeeth.
The Prophet has already informed that no religion will remain in this world other than Islam.
Allah Says (what means): {Allah has promised those who have believed among you and done righteous deeds that He will surely grant them succession [to authority] upon the earth just as He granted it to those before them and that He will surely establish for them [therein] their religion which He has preferred for them and that He will surely substitute for them, after their fear, security, [for] they worship Me, not associating anything with Me. But whoever disbelieves after that — then those are the defiantly disobedient.} [Quran 24:55]
Allah Says (what means): {O you who have believed, if you support Allah, He will support you and plant firmly your feet.} [Quran 47: 7]
There are many other verses establishing the mentioned point. Of course, the Mosque al-Aqsa will be freed from the hands of filthy Jews. Muslims will conquer them and they will make it clean from them without any doubt. This is the Promise of Allah and Allah never breaks His Promise.
The means by which the Muslims prevailed over the Kuffar (non-Muslims) in the past are still useful and whenever the Muslim Ummah utilizes these means and follows the path of the Prophet and his companions, surely they will triumph over Jews and other non-Muslims. Just as Allah rescued it from Christians through Salahuddin
