Accepted Answer

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.

You should know that Islamically the beginning of Ramadan must be confirmed by sighting the new moon of the month of Ramadan.

This is evidenced by the saying of the Prophet : “Fast when you see it (the new crescent) and end the fast (at the end of the month) when you see it”. [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]
