Question
I would like you to inform me about if there is any Hadith which says: "The worst among you in the day of judgment is the double-faced one."
Answer
Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.
There is a Hadith that carries this meaning.Al Bukhariand Muslim reported fromAbu Hurairah that he said, The Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam) said:You will find out that people are like minerals, the best of them in Jahiliya (pre-Islamic era of ignorance) are their best in Islam, if they are knowledgeable…. You will also find out the worst people are the double-faced ones who come to these people with a face and to these with (a different) face".
