Question
Aslamuaraikum I was non-muslim befor Allhumdulillah I become muslim for 4 years ago,now i got married with a muslim man for allmost 2 years but he don't tell his family that ho got marry .It's halam for me to live with him like this.insha Allah I hope you can answer my ?. wasalam
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger. We ask Allaah to exalt his mention as well as that of his family and all his companions.
First of all, all perfect praise be to Allaah, Who guided you to Islam and we ask Him to make you firm and steadfast on His Religion until the day you meet Him.
As regards your question, it is not a condition for the validity of the marriage contract to inform the family of the husband about that they know about it. Therefore, there is no harm on you to continue your marital relationship with him.
