All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and Messenger.

It is permissible for a black man to marry a white woman and vice versa, if the conditions and rulings of marriage are fulfilled as prescribed by Sharee‘ah. This is because color is not included in the aspects of suitability that is considered by Sharee‘ah.
