Question
Is it haram to drive to work in a work car, while the outside of the car has pictures of people and advertisements for Instagram and your own www homepage and on the homepage, ?nstragram page are haram things? Please put my question not on the page.
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
The mere presence of pictures of people, advertisements for Instagram, and your own homepage on the Internet on the car does not necessitate the prohibition of working by driving the car, and working with it does not go out of the principle of permissibility.
Likewise, the presence of some forbidden matters on the Instagram page does not necessitate the prohibition of work, as long as the origin of the purpose of the page and most of it is permissible, and this is due to the widespread presence of some prohibitions on the pages established for a permissible purpose and the difficulty of avoiding them. Since this matter is widespread, then this is one of the reasons for facilitating and easing the matter as established by the scholars.
Yes, if the page was established for a forbidden purpose and it is dominated by what is forbidden, such as pornographic pages and pages of intoxicants of all kinds [wine, alcohol, etc], for example, and so on, then driving the car becomes prohibited because doing so is helping in publishing and promoting those pages.
